Squadstyle

Hi everyone! I was born and raised in Germany, and my journey to the U.S. started with a leap into an Au Pair program in 2015. It was a life-changing experience that not only introduced me to a new country but sparked my passion for wellness and community. With my heart split between two homes – Frankfurt and Frederick – I’ve gained a deeper understanding of the importance of surrounding yourself with people who support your goals. I believe that true belonging comes from the people around you, not the physical place.

In 2017, I launched Squadstyle Lifestyle and my online coaching business through a Facebook group. Shortly after, I started offering in-person personal training out of my mother-in-law’s two-car garage. It was there that I realized the incredible potential of running my own business and empowering people to prioritize their health. Over time, I dreamed of creating a bigger space - one that would bring wellness professionals and remote workers together in a supportive environment. In 2021, at the age of 24, that dream became a reality when I opened Squadstyle’s coworking location.

My goal for the next two years, leading up to my 30th birthday, is to step into the role of CEO at Squadstyle. I’m building a fantastic team that’s helping me get there, and while I spend much of my time in the day-to-day operations, I thrive in business development, creating systems, and improving processes. I often look back and marvel at how I did every role at Squadstyle by myself, and I’m beyond grateful for my growing team that helps bring this special space to life.

Recently, I’ve also discovered a new hobby – DJing. It perfectly complements my passion for hosting and bringing people together, whether at Squadstyle or in my personal life. Festivals, live music, and the joy of watching people connect and let loose have always been part of my soul. DJing feels like a technical skill I can dive into, just like my early days studying accounting and math. I’m excited to dedicate the next two years to practicing and improving my skills, and the next decade to discovering beautiful venues and creating memorable experiences through my music.

This year, I’m especially excited about the revolution of Wellness Culture Club (WCC) and bringing that energy to our local community. It’s a new chapter for Squadstyle, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds as we continue to grow and make wellness a priority for everyone.

Thank you for being part of this incredible journey, and for being part of the Squadstyle community!

Hannah's #1 Tip to Be Well:

"Get clear on your priorities and implement your own morning mantra to remind yourself of them every day. When you know what truly matters - whether it’s your health, family, or other personal values - nothing else can overwhelm you. Repeating your mantra each morning helps you stay focused on what’s most important and sets the tone for a fulfilling day. This simple practice can bring clarity and purpose, keeping you grounded and intentional in everything you do."
