Hi, I'm Joe Parisi!


With over eight years of experience as a personal trainer and performance coach, I’ve helped clients from all backgrounds, including Team USA athletes, achieve their fitness goals. I design tailored programs to meet individual needs and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends.


Outside of training, I enjoy golfing and appreciate the balance between fitness and leisure. My philosophy is that fitness should be an enjoyable, transformative, and empowering journey for everyone.

Be consistent. Whether it's fitness, nutrition, or mindset, making small, sustainable changes will lead to the best long-term results. You don't need to be perfect, you just need to figure out what works best for you and build from there.
