Healthy Waffles

Waffles made from whole foods?! Sign me up!


I'm obsessed with these lately. It's the perfect thing to eat pre-/post workout or simply as a snack. I get about 9 waffles out of this mix:


2 cups

cottage cheese

2 cups

oats

6

eggs

1tsp

vanilla

2tbsp

sugar

Simply throw all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and use the mixture to make your waffles as usual.
